Protocol are working with a fantastic college based in North West London. Together we are looking to recruit a Motor Vehicle Lecturer to join the team on a temporary basis two mornings a week, until February 2019.

Role responsibilities
To teach Level 1 IMI students
Ensuring the high teaching standards of the college is upheld
One to one student engagement
The person & qualifications
Experience teaching Level 1 IMI qualification
Teaching qualification desirable and experience, IMI, City & Guilds qualification or equivalent in Motor Vehicle studies.
English and Maths at GCSE grade C or above
A relevant qualification at Level 3 or above/degree level in Motor Vehicle Technology
A recognised Level 4 teaching qualification such as Certificate in Education.
Recognised Assessor/Verifier award or working/willing to work towards this Knowledge, Skills and Aptitudes required.
Strong IT skills and able to use ILT to support learning.
Proven ability to work both independently and collectively within a team and with a range of colleagues across college.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written with the ability to work effectively with a wide variety of audiences both within and outside the college
