Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 p.a. + bonus (20%), pension, car allowance (£8,000)
Based: Mostly in Northampton with travel to meetings

We have an incredible opportunity for an experienced Estates Manager working for the UK's leading diversified distributed power producer to accelerate our client's exciting growth plans.
Our client is undertaking a new growth strategy to triple their capacity for power response energy production over the next four years using high-class engineering expertise. They need an experienced Estates Manager to contractually manage their existing 153 sites nationwide, as well as negotiate new contracts with new and existing clients.
What will I need to be successful at?
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with the core competencies of:
Leading and achieving successful commercial negotiations to secure necessary land rights including ancillary rights for access and services for development, construction and operation of electricity generation projects.
Securing of satisfactory planning permissions (that do not include onerous conditions) & environmental permitting, with the aid of specialist consultants.
Detailed and efficient estates management over multiple sites and variety of installation types including rent reviews, renewals and variations of leases and planning consents and supporting of functional teams i.e. operations, finance.
Achieving board approval for key business decisions through high quality writing and delivery of papers and presentations.
Tenacious approach & effective time management of multiple projects and work streams to achieve company targets.
Management of specialist consultants to minimise business rates expenditure across the business.
Strict adherence to HS&E business requirements
