As the Design Manager you will be responsible for the whole of the design process and liaise with clients in a customer-facing role, you will be leading a small but vibrant team that are really focused on providing an excellent service and product for all their clients.
Requirements for the role:
:: Experience with Timber Frame is essential
:: Good leadership skills and either the experience or potential to manage a small team
:: Ideally you will have worked with hsbCAD but this is not essential
:: If you have some knowledge and/or experience in roof truss or joist design this would also be preferable
:: You will be well-organised, and have the ability to delegate as well as manage own work load
:: Excellent communication skills
Along with a generous salary our client is currently in the process of setting up a pension scheme, holiday entitlement is 28 days which includes bank holidays. The team is small and very keen on charity events, involving all members of the team.
