We at Protocol are working with a fantastic college in the North London area to recruit for a Caretaker on a temporary to permanent full-time basis. You will work Monday - Friday from 08.00am until 4.00pm. You will be undertaking general maintenance and care taking duties across the college grounds. Shifts may have some flexibility to move to 07.00am - 3.00pm or 9.00am - 5.00pm. During busy college periods you may be required to work on early shifts of 06.00am - 2.00pm
Role responsibilities
Litter picking
College front maintenance
General minor repairs i.e door handles
Light bulb replacements
Flushing of water systems
Emergency lighting testing
Fire alarm testing
The person & qualifications
Open-minded
A can-do attitude
Ideally a caretaking or maintenance background
