Produce monthly, Quarterly reports on all HSE issues for the Executive Committee.
Ensure investigations of accidents, incidents and near misses are conducted and advise on corrective actions.
Implement all relevant new HSE legislation and communicate same throughout company to employees.
Contribute as part of the senior management team to ensure legal compliance and best practice
Review and advise on RAMS for production and those submitted by subcontractors, Audit all method statements & RAMS during site audits.
Responsible person as defined by the COSHH regulations 2002.
Liaise with HR to ensure appropriate HSE training for employees and compilation of the CITB training plan.
Carry out fire risk assessments and maintain the emergency plan for the manufacturing facility.
Approval and review of all subcontractors and suppliers on the Company supplier management system.
Advise on all HSE matters for both in-house and on project sites.
Formulate and communicate the Company HSE Strategy.
Other reasonable activities as directed by the Managing Director.
