Job Title: Assistant Contracts Manager
Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 + benefits
Location: Kent


We are looking for the go-to character type who is able to assist on contracts from inception to hand over. You will be dealing with this companies tier one contractor client base, assisting in the full project lifecycle. From appointing and agreeing rates and contracts with subcontractors, through to managing the erection process and agreeing final accounts.

Having recently moved into brand new manufacturing premises and boasting greatly increases output capacity - now is the time to get on board in a role that could see you move all the way to the top, can you see yourself as a Construction Director in the future?

Candidate Profile:

Attitude is key here - we are looking for someone who is keen to find a home for their talents and energy, and who wants to make a real difference to the organisation they join. You will have the personal commitment & drive to work within a growing business and be ready to work on continually improving their systems and processes.

In addition, the successful candidate, ideally a Roofing Professional with carpentry skills, will have a proven track record of professional contracts management within the construction industry, a knowledge & understanding of housebuilding, and experience in successfully managing staff on site. You must have experience of delivering some aspects of new build housing or new build social housing schemes and have managed multiple sites at any given time.
