We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Street Works Analyst who will work alongside the current Street Works Compliance Analysts and Street Works Technical Support Engineer in providing resilience across the team's responsibilities.
Summary of key responsibilities:
  • Maintenance of the Street Works Dash Board - single set of information on KPIs and other performance measures
  • All reporting outputs from the street works team required across the business
  • Data gathering to support performance and compliance and fine reduction
  • Technical support and intelligence to the Street works Team within Anglian Water, ensuring that Anglian Water's street works noticing system, Insight, is correctly configured to ensure we are compliant with all the relevant legislation, and to avoid charges for non-compliance
  • To look at continuous improvement in the way that the Insight system is used by Anglian Water
  • Support the implementation of the Street Manager project and system use when available
  • Support with the administration and maintenance of the street works pages on Anglian Water's intranet, ensuring information is always up to date and easy for users to find.
  • To monitor and analyse system data to ensure performance levels and legislative requirements are complied with so preventing financial risk to the business
  • Ensure all street works charges and fines are analysed, reconciled, challenged where appropriate and paid in accordance with the legislation.
Skills and Requirements for the role
  • Excellent knowledge of Street works legislation (NRSWA, Traffic Management Act, Permit Regulations, Road Traffic Regulation Act),
  • Good knowledge of the EToN technical specification
  • Excellent knowledge of street works system's functionality
  • Good working knowledge of IT systems (in particular SAP)
  • Educated to A level or equivalent
