Kier Buildings Scotland & North East are looking to recruit a Resident Liaison Officer, who will report to the Assistant Contract Manager. The successful post-holder will be responsible for supporting the assistant contract manager to ensure that the business provides a customer focused service for all stakeholders involved within the contract.

The team and the region: The Scotland team have completed some outstanding projects to date and have a full order book moving forwards to continue this performance. Key Responsibilities:
  • To undertake surveys within local authority properties as part of a refurbishment project, whilst liaising with Kier management, sub contractor and local authority tenants.
  • The role includes visiting tenants within their homes Assist in delivering excellent customer service
  • As the main contact for tenants you will be required to assist in the early detection and monitoring of tenant issues
  • Provide point of contact throughout the process for all residents whilst highlighting any issues
  • Provide tenant packs with contact and project details
  • Participate in community/residential events
  • Provide admin support for the project team
  • Organise and issue letters to tenants providing them with survey/appointment details
  • Must undertake participation in the PVG scheme
  • Arrange specific care plans
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience of working in a similar role
  • Knowledge of contract responsibilities and requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to empathise with the customer
  • Approachable and sympathetic to the differing personal
