We at Protocol are working exclusively with HRG to recruit a 0.5 FTE Placement Administrator to assist in the Heath and Social Care, Public Services and Sport courses, this post will be until the end of the Academic Year. You will able able to claim travel expenses when visiting students on placements in and around the Hertfordshire area



Role responsibilities
Developing existing and new relationships with employers
Visiting the students on placements
Evaluate risk assessments and health and safety audits relating to placement provision
Meet deadlines reliably and work to a high standard, maintaining full confidentiality about all college matters at all times
Continually monitor placements by liaising with students, tutors and providers
Assess and approve placement application packs submitted by students, and efficiently manage the associated administration,
Tracking and recording of progress against the work experience qualification using college systems


The person & qualifications
A strong administration background
Ideally experience within Health and Social Care (not imperative)
