Our client offers an impressive portfolio of serviced office buildings that are elegantly furnished. They are currently looking for a Handyman/Fabric Technician
Must have the ability to multi-task and deal with a fast-changing work environment
Efficient & organized with the ability to priorities workload.
Responsibilities:
Reactive maintenance (via PDA/Email)
PPMS
AHU filter changes
Hanging pictures/paintings/whiteboards
Door closer adjustments
Repairs to office furniture
Painting
Minor plumbing unblocking sinks/toilets
Minor electrical-lamp changing
Making good/filling/patching up
Painting and Decorating
Basic carpentry undertaken, including furniture repairs
Office moves, planning and relocations
Note: There will be heavy lifting and moving of furniture within this position, so a physically fit person is required
