We are MPL Interiors LLP, an interior design company based in Weybridge, Surrey. We are dedicated to improving efficiency, productivity and staff wellbeing through office interior design and fit out. Our expertise spans Cat A and Cat B refurbishment projects in the commercial, retail, property and healthcare sectors.
We now have an exciting opportunity for a Fit-Out Estimator to join our existing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pricing up refurbishment works
- Securing the best prices from contractors
- Post tender negotiations
- Preparing cost estimates
- Preparing bid submissions, to include a suggested programme of works
- Leading on-site meetings
- Keeping client relationships positive before, during and after works
- Producing technically accurate specifications, budgets and considered tenders at settlement stage
Candidates must have:
- Experience in the commercial fit-out and refurbishment sectors
- A pool of reliable contractors to secure quotes from
- Confidence in dealing with bid managers, consultants and contractors
- Excellent numeracy skills and an eye for detail
- The ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
