Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Reading
Sector: Modular Housing
Salary: c. £45,000 + Car Allowance and Package
Are you an experienced Modular Construction professional?
Would you be interested in working at the forefront of innovation in UK housing?
You will be taking the lead on the successful installation and finishing of a highly unique modular housing system. Working with self-builders and small-scale developers, your projects will often be the 'dreamhouse' for your clients.
With an existing knowledge of UK Housing regulations and development, your modular building skills will compliment this specialist and highly skilled role. Backed by a large construction group, this company can offer excellent future prospects as it is poised to capitalise on the growing demand for bespoke designed modular housing.
Key skills:
* House building experience, preferably high-end residential projects
* Modular building experience, preferably gained whilst working directly with a modular contractor
* SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
* Good client facing skills and high standards of finish
* An experienced personnel manager with strong sub-contractor management skills
* A willingness to travel for projects
