We are working with an Ofsted rated 'Good' Further Education College based in Greater Manchester who are looking to recruit within their Civil Engineering Department.

We are looking for a Civil Engineering Lecturer and a Civil Engineering Trainer Assessor. Both positions are full time and permanent.

Role responsibilities - Lecturer
To teach Civil Engineering levels 2-5
To ensure students achieve their academic potential
Assess & record students work and progress
To act as a personal tutor when required
The person & qualifications
Hold a recognised teaching qualification or the willingness to work towards
Minimum level 3 qualification in Civil Engineering
Relevant and current subject knowledge
Role responsibilities - Trainer/Assessor
To undertake training, assessment and delivery of all aspects of the Apprenticeship, including functional skills
To provide 1-2-1 support to learners/apprentices
The person & qualifications
Hold a recognised assessing qualification
Minimum level 3 qualification in Civil Engineering
Relevant and current subject knowledge
A verifiers award would be desirable
