Salary/Rate: £9-£13 per hour + statutory holiday pay
Protocol are looking for experience and qualified Learning Support Assistants within the Central London area who are looking for a wide range of permanent and temporary job opportunities in over 250 Colleges and FE Providers across London, that want first refusal on some of the best and exclusive job opportunities in the FE sector.

Suitable candidates will meet the following criteria:
*Compassionate, team players who genuinely care about the students
*Empathetic with a strong work ethic and preferably with knowledge of mental health and learning difficulties (preferably experience too, but not essential as they will train the right people.
*Pro-active and be able to deal with challenging students
*Fluent in English and be IT literate
*Resilient and have a good understanding of safeguarding
*Be able to work on a 1- 2- 1 basis and also 1-2 -many students
*Someone who is ready to go, supportive and someone who gets involved and engages the students.
*Someone who is reliable and is passionate about what they do and can build a trusting relationship with the students and the rest of the team.
*A DBS Certificate that is on the update service, or be willing to apply for one
