Protocol are working with a fantastic college in Hertfordshire to recruit a Construction LSA. There are 2 days available per week and they are looking for someone to start asap. They are looking for an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant who can motivate students to achieve the best they can! They are looking to interview immediately. Role responsibilities
Supporting in the Construction department 2 days per week
Motivating students to excel in their subject area
The person & qualifications
Have a minimum of a L3 in a relevant subject / degree - DESIRABLE
Recent experience working in a Learning Support role
good with behaviour management
Must be enthusiastic and inspiring to learners
Must have an enhanced DBS on the update service or within 12 months (or be willing to apply for one)
