Essential to achieving objectives is the collaborative working relationships with our Alliance partners. Working with Anglian Water our IOS (Integrated Operational Solutions) Alliance carries out key project work needing minimal design to replace, refurbish and upgrade our assets.

To oversee and be responsible for the leadership and performance of the IOS Water Alliance, we are looking for a Regional Manager to join the Water Supply Senior Leadership team and lead us through this transformational, challenging yet rewarding time.

What will you be doing?

Working as a key member of the Water Supply Senior Leadership team, you'll pay particular attention to instilling a safety and commercially conscious culture whilst ensuring programmes worth in excess of £125 million are managed as efficiently as possible to reduce business risk on our assets. . As well as the commercial success of the IOS Water Alliance you'll be responsible for ensuring enduring collaborative partnerships in line with our Alliancing principles.

Working collaboratively across the business and with our Alliance partners, you'll develop and implement an integrated work model to ensure best for task delivery across all TOTEX (Total Expenditure) interventions in an ever- changing and demanding environment.

Key responsibilities:
· Ensure all IOS Water activity is performed to industry leading standards by meeting and exceeding Construction, Design & Management regulations, and driving forward our LIFE agenda.
· Overall responsibility for the performance and commercial success of the IOS Water Alliance with a focus on maximising Outcome Delivery Incentives and commercial performance.
· Manage the TOTEX delivery lifecycle across the whole of Supply, out-performing our ambitious targets.
· Develop leadership behaviours to embrace a TOTEX approach alongside a customer- driven culture to meet demanding targets and expectations.
· Develop IOS Water capabilities and structures to drive value through integration with Supply Operational teams to ensure IOS is a critical part of the business in the present and future. Provide strong leadership to managers and colleagues by offering an approachable and constructive coaching and mentoring provision which develops teams and individuals.


What do you need?

As our next Regional Manager, you'll be passionate about delivering quality projects and work processes to the highest Health & Safety standards possible and hold at least an IOSH level qualification. As a Chartered member of a professional body (such as IOW or CIWEM) you'll have a broad and in-depth knowledge of water supply processes, abstraction, production, environmental management and water transmission and storage.

With a strong track record of enhancing teams and individuals and driving collaborative working to exceed expectations, you'll be viewed as a knowledgeable and approachable leader across the business.
