Fantastic Opportunity for an experienced Designer to join an expanding Window Wall Firm in Houston, TX. Interested candidates must be currently based in TX.
Ideal candidates
- Have 5+ years working in the Curtain Walling industry at Senior Design/Team Lead level
- Be comfortable with different Curtain Walling & Window Systems
- Planning/Scheduling
- Budget Management
- People Management
- Preparation of Construction drawings, Plans/Elevations/Fab Drawings/Details
- Communicating with architects and end users in a professional manner
- Good understanding of thermal values & acoustics Commercial, Highrise, Residential builds
- Material submittals
- Technically Competent
- Planning/Scheduling, meeting deadlines
- Good understanding of specifications/standards
- Good phone manner
- Good communication skills
- Career Driven, self starter
- Excellent English, spoken/written
