Job Title: Project Manager Roofing and Cladding

Location: Nationwide

Salary: €45k - €75k

We are working alongside multiple Roofing and Cladding companies nationwide who are currently seeking experienced Project Managers. This is the perfect opportunity to build a career within a leading Roofing and Cladding company.

Responsibilities:

  • Progress database development & maintenance
  • Schedule progress updating
  • Progress reporting and Milestone projections
  • Site progress verification
  • Attending schedule meetings
  • Liaising with client and subcontractors
  • Preparation of tender schedules
  • Preparation of histograms
  • Resource /cash loading of schedules
  • Providing data for payment applications
  • Completing contract review reports

Requirements:

  • Third level degree in Engineering / Construction Management preferable not essential
  • 2+ years previous management experience in Roofing and Cladding projects
  • Experienced in planning and scheduling Roofing and Cladding projects
  • Excellent communication skills with previous client facing experience
  • Ability to work well under pressure and within a strict deadline environment
  • Career driven, and enthusiastic
