Elk is looking for multiple Office Administrators. The role will require a strong energetic individual that is confident on the phone and completely comfortable with I.T. and software programs.

This position will progress for the right person

  • Posting Jobs
  • Managing Database
  • Making phone calls as requested
  • Preparing CV's
  • Reviewing Applications
  • General office administration
  • Handling phone calls and queries
  • Ad hoc duties

Requirements:

  • Third level qualification
  • Fully efficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Previous experience using a CRM an advantage
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Target driven
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
  • Attention to detail
  • Versatile and energetic
  • Looking to progress
