Job Description

This is a great opportunity for a Sheet Metal Production Manager based in Leicester, commutable from Thurmaston, Birstall, New Parks, Beaumont Leys, Leicester Forest East, Aylestone, Wigston, Oadby, Broughton Astley. Paying £35,000 per annum plus company pension and private healthcare.

The Candidate

As the successful Production Manager you are likely to have significant experience in the following

    At least 10 years experience as a Production Manager within the sheet metal industry

    Extensive knowledge of sheet metal fabrication including laser, folding and fabrication

    Strong people management experience

    Experienced in leading a Production team to drive on time delivery through production schedules, just in time and KANBAN systems

    Knowledge of continuous improvement and health & safety standards

    Enthusiastic and committed
