We are on the lookout for skilled Lift Engineers for an established Service route in the London area also covering the West of London - Surrey or East London Essex / Kent. The route you manage will depend on your location.

The Service and Minor Repair Engineer will carry out repairs to a range of lifting equipment. You will be happy being part of the on-call rota which is 1 week in 4. The types of lifts you will work on include goods lifts, passenger lifts. All works completed on customer sites in a safe, professional and cost effective manner, maintaining documentation of all works carried out in line with Health and Safety and Quality procedures. The role will involve working to a planned schedule of minor repair jobs at client's premises.

If you are an experienced Lift Service Engineer, Lift Engineer, Service and Breakdown Engineer, Minor Repair Engineer, Major Repair Engineer, Modernisation Engineer, Repairs Engineer, Service and Repairs Engineer, Service and Call-Out Engineer in the Lift and Escalator industry, lift industry,If you are a skilled Lift Engineer, familiar with most equipment and you are NVQ 3 qualified or part qualified, we want to hear from you!

Lift Engineer - Responsibilities

    Completing minor repair work - reducing the risk of breakdowns, accidents & emergency repairs To provide a high quality personalised service on a self managed service route Inspect, clean, lubricate and adjust all components for optimum performance All types and makes of passenger, goods and service lifts. Detailed report of the work carried out at each service visit. Identification of weak and faulty parts before they cause a problem Priority repair work following a breakdown Involvement in site surveys Procurement of materials Dealing with Technical Queries

Lift Engineer - Requirements

    Qualified by experience, NVQ 3 Qualified, Part Qualified, J Modules Industry Knowledge & proven experience (minimum of 5 years) Confident with a range of manufacturers is desirable Competent working on a wide range of lifting equipment (Desirable) Experience repairing passenger lifts, platform lifts, goods lifts
