Role responsibilities
Deliver and assess management up to level 3 on the new standards.
Provide support to learners studying on the standard
Where required provide functional skills support to learners
Use innovative techniques in order to provide a positive learner journey
The person & qualifications
English and Maths Qualifications
Qualified in Management (up degree level is desirable)
Assessor qualification
Teaching qualification
