Protocol are proud to be working exclusively with an innovative training provider based in Wiltshire in order to recruit for a Technical Trainer within Vehicle Maintenance. Our client are willing to up skill the right, passionate candidate through teaching qualifications as well as paying industry leading rates.
Role responsibilities
Co-ordination of both on and off-the job training (VCQ/VRQ/Functional/Essential Skills and commercial programmes).
Preparation and development of learning materials for training delivery.
To manage the tracking of progress and achievement of VCQ/VRQ and Functional/Essential Skills, in conjunction with the Centre Co-ordinator and Business analyst.
To act as tutor to learners providing academic guidance and support when needed.
The person & qualifications
Customer focus: To understand customer views, needs and objectives.
Demonstrate technical competence at level 4 and above
Motor Vehicle qualifications
Teaching qualifications
Experience delivering training
