Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week (flexible working hours)
£32,000 to £38,000 depending on experience
Our client is a clinical service provider for the NHS, they partner with NHS Trusts. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is proactive, an effective communicator and highly organised individual. The candidate must be open to working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritise their workload affective.

Overview of the Post
The Quality Lead supports the development, implementation and monitoring of programmes of clinical audit and quality improvement to benefit patient care and experience. Working with a range of healthcare professionals, he/she will organise, prioritise and manage individual projects from inception through to the quality improvement stage, as well as giving advice, and promoting the sharing of learning from audit and quality improvement. A key focus of this role will be the management of Joint Advisory Group (JAG) KPIs and other performance data.
Person Specification:
Graduate level qualification or able to demonstrate working at that level or equivalent professional qualification
Experience of working in a health or social care environment
Understanding of the Health and Social care management environment and roles and responsibilities within it
Experience of collating and presenting data for analysis.
Proficient in the use of various software packages, Excel, word, PowerPoint
An attention to detail with a high level of report writing skills
Effective communicator at all levels
Demonstrates an ability to develop and utilise effective working relationships
Good time management skills and an ability to work to deadlines
Self-motivated and able to work under their own initiative
Strong prioritisation skills with the ability to manage competing demands
Problem solving approach
Knowledge of governance policies and procedures
Innovative and creative, able to think laterally
A team player, able to influence and motivate other staff.
