Roof Truss Designer and/or Posi-Joist Designer required for a specialist Subcontractor who designs and builds timber frame buildings, from single unit homes to hotels. They offer a personal touch to their clients, taking a great amount of pride and passion in each project they work on.

As Timber Frame Designer / Roof Truss Designer / Posi-Joist Designer you will be working on both roof trusses and posi-joists to join their team, where they are currently enjoying an exciting period of growth and strengthening order book.
The Role
- You will be working in a customer facing team
- Responsible for producing technical drawings and designs for timber frame and engineered wood products, both roof trusses and posi-joists
- Working on a variety of different projects
- Liaise with in house Architects throughout the design and manufacture process
Key Requirements
- Working knowledge and experience of timber frame and engineered wood products (including roof trusses and posi-joists etc)
- Experience using a specialist design software e.g. Mitek, Gangnail, Alpine, Wolf
- An ability to learn and real passion for personal development
- Equally adept at working individually or as part of a team
- Keen eye for details and interpersonal skills
