Basic to £40,000 + Bonus + Car or Car Allowance
Newport, Cardiff, Swansea - South Wales / M4 Corridor
* Do you sell to regional house builders
* Would you like to sell both Timber Frame and Timber Engineering solutions to contractors
* Have you sold building products for use on both housing and commercial building projects
* Do you live on or close to the M4 corridor in South Wales
We have an opportunity for a sales professional from within a construction projects environment to join a very successful and profitable manufacturer of both Timber Frame and Timber Engineering solutions on the M4 corridor in South Wales. You will deal with Regional House Builders who are typically building around 20 units per site through to Main Contractors involved in building Student Accomadation through to Hotels for organisations like Travelodge.
Your new employer has been established for well over 10 years and offers the backing of a design and an estimating team as well as a manufacturing division which is committed to the use of timber from sustainable sources.
About you:
You will certainly have a sales track record in building products to builders, contractors and developers on the M4 corridor within South Wales (Cardiff, Swansea, Newport) region and be excited about joining a company that looks after its employees (colleagues) and over the years has been nominated for several awards by there pier groups.
The rewards:
A basic salary negotiable around £40,000
