Are you looking to join a leading utilities company working in partnership with Anglian Water and Clancy Docwra. If so, we have an excellent opportunity for a customer- centric, Scheduler to strengthen team.
What will you be doing?
This position is essential in monitoring planned and reactive work across the Anglian Water East region.
You would be key in ensuring there is suitable resource on site at all times, you would be managing this through our Scheduling System 'Gantt' training for this would be provided.
We would need you to maximise the work schedules for the teams, ensuring leakage volume targets are met, you will do this by ensuring the gang availability is updated on the system.
There would be need for you manage customers who maybe affected by the re planning and movement of jobs.
You would have several different stakeholders to manage at one time, so communication is key, these could be the operational teams, members of the public and your own team.

Skills and experience desired.
· Strong awareness & understanding of water network issues.
· Excellent IT and keyboard skills.
· Excellent interpersonal, analytical, customer service and communication skills.
· Strong prioritising and decision making skills.
· Able to work under pressure in a reactive environment, where change is the norm.
· Able to show initiative, working on own or as part of a team.
· Able to demonstrate a highly flexible, constructive attitude and strong team working skills.
