Reporting to the Senior Delivery Agent the Delivery Agent will be responsible for supporting the management of the Water Operative Teams to ensure the smooth completion of the assigned job.

Key responsibilities:
  • Management of the team and site
  • Corresponding with the clients to monitor progress and problems
  • Maximise day to day organisation, planning and control of labour, plant and resources
  • Adopt excellent customer relations and collaborative working
  • Ensure costs (fuel, plant, material and labour) and risks are controlled
  • Ensure all required site administration is accurate and current and meets CDM & Temporary Works requirements
  • Proactive management of future works to minimise disruption and failure due to preventable mistakes
  • Assist Senior Delivery Agents in producing target costs
  • Ensure that all labour Plant and Materials are recorded

Key Skills & Experience
  • Relevant industry knowledge
  • Have experience of working within a similar role
  • Be able to communicate with all levels of the organisation
  • NRSWA Supervisors Training
  • SSST/SMSTS or IOSH Training
  • Temporary Works Supervisor Training
  • CDM Awareness Qualification
  • Full UK drivers licence
