Applicants must have a valid DBS Basic Disclosure & valid CSCS cards with their own tools.
We are looking for an experienced Kitchen & Bathroom Fitter. You will complete Fitting, Repairs and Maintenance of Kitchens and Bathrooms in tenanted and void properties in Social Housing. You will be expected to have fitting experience utilising skills such as carpentry, plumbing and other trades It is key that you can complete a variety of tasks to ensure that repairs/orders can be completed. Experience working on high spec projects.
What we require:
- Experienced Kitchen & Bathroom Fitter
- Skills in plumbing & carpentry
- NVQ in plumbing, woodworking
- CSCS card for working on sites
- Your own transport to get to and from the job. Expenses paid.
- Flexibility to working over time
- Used to working on your own
- Good attention to detail
- Good customer service skills
