We have an excellent opportunity for Technical Administrator to will report to the planning manager and who will support & assist with efficient and effective administration for the Solution Delivery Planning Team. Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out mailbox administration including allocating, archiving and processing as appropriate
  • Creating records, amending and viewing of corporate systems including SAP / Click / Gnet / Corporate Databases etc.
  • Adherence to tight deadlines and prioritising work load
  • Assist with the administration of Street Works notices
  • Assist with scheduling grab support
  • Assist with scheduling reinstatements
  • Collating and filing of work packs in readiness for construction
Essential Skills
  • Must demonstrate a good standard of IT skills.
  • Proven experience of being methodical, organised, paying attention to detail and working to deadlines
  • Understanding of teamwork.
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Data handling experience
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to effectively communicate at all levels
  • Ability to prioritise workload
Desirable
  • Knowledge of New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 and Traffic Management Act 2004
  • Background experience in construction, utilities
