Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Brighton
Rate: £230 - £250 per day
Duration: 12 weeks +
- Do you have experience of managing Offsite Construction projects?
- Are you available to start in June 2019 for a minimum of 12 weeks?
A leading manufacturer and installer of a panelised construction systems are seeking the support of a freelance site manager on a large project in Brighton. Nearing the end of its second phase, this large project requires an experienced site manager with excellent planning and sub-contractor management skills.
If you have experience of Modular, Timber Frame, Engineered Timber, Light Gauge Steel or Pre-Cast Concrete building systems we would be open to speaking in more detail. Please see some essential requirements below:
- Experience of offsite construction projects
- References from completed project start to finish
- SMSTS
- CSCS (Supervisor or Manager)
- First Aid
