Barker Ross are recruiting for a HGV1 Driver in the Gravesend area on a 6 Month contract based on 48 hours per week at a rate of £15ph, to assist with the delivery of product to retail customers.
Main Responsibilities of the position will include (but limit to);
- Delivery of packed cement to a range of retail customers
- Ensure compliance with all legislations and health & safety standards
- General cleaning & housekeeping duties of vehicle
- First line maintenance duties on vehicle
Successful Candidates must hold the below traits to be successful in the position;
- A Current Clean HGC C+E License
- Valid Drivers CPC
- Good Standard of Writing and Numeracy
- Thorough Knowledge of Transport Regulations
- Curtain Side Trailer Experience (Desirable)
