Introduction:







Kier are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join the Strategic Highways Team on our Area 9 contract.







Key Responsibilities:







  • Responsible for the administration within the Facilities Department
  • Liaise with all Contractors in regards to facility repairs and improvements
  • Obtain quotations, review where required, raise and process task orders accordingly
  • Update, monitor and issue (to HE) the depot resource works and Lump sum funding trackers
  • Liaise with the commercial team with all aspects of any commercial related issues, such as variations to task orders.
  • Ensure evidence is available for auditing, review and compliance checking.













  • Skills and Experience required:







  • Relevant IT skills - excel, outlook, databases, word.
  • Facilities, construction and highways background desirable.
  • Basic commercial and administration background and Knowledge
  • Valid driving Licence - as travel may be required from depot to depot
