Duties

Liaising with customers to schedule / book service and test visits

Creating day codes for engineers

Efficient utilisation of Service Engineers

Scheduling of the Engineer's workload

Key focus on local engineers carrying out PPM & Validation visits

Ensuring weekend work is evenly shared

Using Microsoft AX planning tool to aid scheduling

Assist where necessary with the scheduling of 'non breakdown' calls

Responsible for raising ISB/FSN service orders including working with the coordinators to schedule the visits

Ordering test soils from the supplier

Assisting when required of ordering laboratory kits

Ensuring the customer completes and returns the PQ disclaimers

Ensuring the customer completes and returns equipment upgrade forms (dryer time changes)

Assisting the coordinators with telephone support, including logging machine breakdowns and dealing with customer queries
