Senior Development Manager Solum Regeneration London Established in 2008, Solum is a partnership between Network Rail and Kier Property formed to provide station-led developments in London and the South East. Our approach is to create value through residential led mixed-use developments. We have already delivered project returns on eight sites in the south-east and secured planning permission for four further major projects. We have a pipeline of more than 2000 homes, including PRS and market sale units as well as forward funded hotel schemes, retail and extra care provision. You will take end-to-end accountability for delivery of development projects with a particular emphasis on residential led mixed-use schemes. Key responsibilities will include for instance:
  • Management of south-east based development projects from inception through to completion, typically ranging in value from £25 million to £150 million
  • Leading teams through planning, development, delivery, marketing and leasing and investment sales
  • Feasibility and viability appraisals for reporting forecasts
  • Managing development agreements and funding agreements
  • Preparing development briefs, business plans and programmes
  • Resource planning and budgeting for your business unit
You will have:
  • Experience/ knowledge and understanding of the key responsibilities above
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A proven ability to work well under pressure and capable of thinking strategically whilst being focussed on the detail
Salary expectation: £100,000-£130,000
