Quarry Superintendent - Based in the United Arab Emirates

We are looking for experienced quarrying professionals for this role. Applicants should have three or four years working in quarries and looking for the next step in their career. Further management training and development will be provided.

Stevin Rock, one of the largest quarrying companies in the world have an opportunity for an outstanding team manager/ superintendent to join their quarry operations team based in Ras Al Khaimah.

Reporting to their Operations Manager this is a key role responsible for the management of the day to day quarry operations. This is a varied and interesting role with responsibility for safety, inspections and monitoring, production, planning and efficiency, workshop maintenance, stores, inventory, stock controls and loading.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in quarries or an extractives environment, minerals, aggregates or mining is essential for this role.
  • Working towards or qualified to Level 4 NVQ/SVQ or QCF Level 6 - Health, Safety & Environmental Management in Quarries. (UK standards or equivalent)
