Leading specialist Subcontractor requires a Timber Frame Designer working on a range of high quality projects for commercial, residential and education.
This manufacturing company is one of the UK's leading players in providing fast-track building solutions for the Self-build and Education markets.
Due to the significant benefits offered with this system, this company has an exceptionally strong pipeline of works, and thus a skilled and experienced Timber Frame Designer is sought to help ensure these schemes are delivered, fulfilling both time and quality requirements.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Previous experience within the tconstruction industry - SIPS / timber engineering / timber frame / offsite experience is an essential requirement
- Experience using CAD software - timber frame specialist software would be ideal but not a necessity
- Confident dealing with external consultants for design development and procurement of contracts
- Hardworking, quality focused, attention to detail and strong communication skills
