Dutton Recruitment currently require a CSCS Joiner/Multi Skilled worker to carry out repairs and maintenance to social housing properties around the West Yorkshire and surrounding areas.
Candidates must have:
- Formal technical qualification, such as NVQ or City and Guilds.
- Ability to carry out general 2nd fix repairs to properties, install kitchens etc.
- Must be able to demonstrate a Skill set to support the Multi trade Role
- Demonstratable experience of working within the social housing industry
- CSCS Card - Trade Specific
- Full UK drivers licence
Succesful applicant will be provided with a works van, mobile, tablet and power tools to complete the role.
There will be an out of hours rota that you must be willing to be part of.
