Kier has a track record of building prison spaces, so here is your chance to join our highly successful team working on the £250m+ HMP Wellingborough prison project. This project is a key part of the Strategic Projects business portfolio that spans a variety of sectors including commercial, science, healthcare and custodial.
As a MEP Project Manager with our Kier Mechanical and Electrical division, you will be responsible for budgeting, programming and managing all phases of the project from contract award to close out. You will need to identify project risks and manage these through effective mitigation measures. Ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time and to the standard required by the candidate is an essential part of this role, along with overseeing the coordination of operatives, sub-contractors and suppliers.
You will need to have strong managerial experience, as well as previous PM experience in the Construction industry. A minimum of HNC/HND in an engineering related discipline is required and we would need you to have a Project Management qualification.
