Position: Office Manager

Location: Kilkenny

Salary: €30,000- €45,000 (Depending on Experience)

Elk is recruiting for an experienced Office Manager to organise the day to day running of a Friendly and Professional Company located in Kilkenny.

Responsibilities

  • Process and record incoming calls.
  • Schedule and plan incoming orders
  • Order parts from suppliers and verify deliveries and pricing
  • Implement a new record keeping system/process
  • Review quotation system and implement changes
  • Review work record sheets and prepare for invoicing

Requirements and Skills

  • 4-8 years in a similar role
  • Excellent IT skills ,MS Word and Excel essential
  • Pro- active ability to work individual and as part of a team
  • Strong organisational abilities
  • Customer service focus essential
  • Good telephone manner
  • Strong time management
  • Full clean EU driving licence
