We are looking for 2 Fire Alarm Engineers, applicants must be reliable with a good work ethic and excellent customer services. Our client is looking for 2x experienced Fire Alarm Engineers, this will be a mobile position covering Essex, North and East London you will working on Social Housing Buildings. You will be carrying out system reactive and preventative maintenance and additional works Comply with Health & Safety legislation. Working on various sites carrying out ongoing maintenance and installation.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Maintenance & Installation
Testing
Reporting and Risk Assessments
To ensure that various pre-planned maintenance schedules are kept up to date and maintained
Maintain Fire Alarm with current standards and customer requirements
Respond to demand service calls on all types of systems in line with current standards and customer requirements
Plan and implement routine and re-active call visits for your area
Effectively communicate with our customers to ensure a full understanding
Able to work on own initiative fault finding
Test and Repair of malfunctioning systems
Candidate Skills
Personality - Energy, Drive and Enthusiasm
Technical background in the electrical / electronic industry
Good all-round knowledge of Fire Alarm systems
Experience of front-line customer contact preferred
Excellent organisational skills
Professional and presentable at all times
Be able to deliver exceptional customer service
Must be able to perform well as an individual as well as part of a team
