Key Responsibilities:
- Communication with customers and contractors, verbal and written
- Completion of 'Courtesy Calls' to gauge Customer Satisfaction
- Liaising with contractors to ensure works are completed quickly and efficiently
- Placing orders for works and requesting payment from accounts
- Identifying potential contra-charges and creating a claim
- Provide general administrative support to the Customer Service Team
- Strong administrative skills required
- Experience of word processing, spread sheets, databases and email is essential
- Experience of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook and Coins is an advantage
- Strong communication skills, with an ability to deal with customers over the telephone
- Literate and numerate - ability to work with numbers is required
