We are currently looking to recruit a Principal Architect to join the team in Waterbeach, Cambridge on a permanent basis. In this exciting role you will assist in the leadership of our design team in the South East, designing, evaluating and advising on environmental, legal and regulatory issues.

Key Responsibilities

Your day to day activities will involve assisting with the management of the team, preparing detailed plans and resource schedules to match workload forecasts. You will also contribute to commercial bids, feasibility studies and planning applications.

What are we looking for?

You will be a qualified architect with excellent design capabilities, primarily making full use of your REVIT skills and CAD software packages including AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe In Design. You will have knowledge of current regulations and be able to demonstrate experience across all sectors of the RIBA Plan of Work 2013.

In return, we will be offering a competitive salary of c£40,000-£48,000 depending on your skills and experience, matched pension contributions of up to 7.5%, and a work location in the Cambridge area.
