National, 3 days per week at various locations, 2 days from home (Approx.)

Up to £32K per annum - Full-time permanent
Are you a property maintenance specialist with teaching experience looking for a new career? We need you to pass on your knowledge to a new generation of quality maintenance operatives.

Ideally you will have had a career as a handyman/tradesman for properties carrying out multi-disciplinary work such as:
*Electrical maintenance
*Carpentry & joinery
*Plastering
*Painting & decorating
In this role you will work across multiple sites nationally, on site approximately 3 days per week on rotation with 2 days working from home per week. The sites are:
*Barnsley, South Yorkshire
*Dudley, West Midlands
*Waltham, North-East London
*Bath, Somerset
Role responsibilities
*Delivering professional courses to adult maintenance staff of a well-known national organisation
*Development and implementation of courses using existing industry knowledge
The person & qualifications
*The ideal candidate will have a positive 'can do' attitude and hold relevant property maintenance qualifications or proof of equivalent experience
*Key competencies include a relevant level 3 qualification (carpentry, P&D, plumbing, plastering, tiling) as well as an ability to carry out simple multiskilled building work in some of the other subjects.
*Teaching or assessing qualification or experience teaching
