We need a Senior Project Manager for a £26m town centre development project. You will be leading the planning and implementation of the designated project, establishing a project plan, be responsible for overall direction and effectively manage and maintain budget costs.
You will need experience on RC steel frames, and ideally experience of hotel and residential fit outs. You'll hold the relevant qualifications and have experience of Project Management in the construction industry.
