Role responsibilities
To deliver an exceptional customer experience that raises the reputation of the college and sets it apart from other providers
To provide high quality impartial careers information, advice and guidance to external clients via the National Careers Service and to schools
To deliver a flexible and responsive careers service for external clients incl. within schools, students and potential students, providing impartial advice and guidance on progression opportunities via 1-1 sessions, events, group sessions as well as via digital methods.
The person & qualifications
Must have experience of developing careers education programmes
Must have experience of delivering in schools and National Careers Service
Must be able to attract and engage a growing number of students using a range communication methods including social media
