Salary: circa £70,000 per annum, dependent on skills and experience

As a part of this, the HR Shared Service Centre are embarking on a period of change and transformation to realign the operating model to the business, improve business value and drive a better employee experience. We are currently looking to recruit a dynamic Head of HR Systems & Data to undertake responsibility for the management, operations and governance or our HR Technology suite and strategy, ensuring these effectively support the overall HR Shared Service Centre transformation plan. What you'll be doing?
In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for defining and delivering strategy to produce accurate and meaningful HR analytics in support of business priorities.
In partnership with the HR Leadership Team and IT, you'll outline and deliver our HR Technology requirements as well as providing technical expertise and support.
You'll optimise existing HR Technology including ESS & MSS, Oracle Service Cloud, Process Automation, Position Management and Self-Service Reporting, ensuring that key transformation deliverables are embedded into the day to day operations of the HR Shared Service Centre. Feeding into the overall strategic workforce plan, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a customer centric and effective HR service to the business. Who are we looking for?
A demonstrable track record within a HR Technology specialist role, with previous experience of managing complex HR systems will be key to the success of this role. You'll have excellent commercial acumen and be able to translate business needs into effective technology and analytics services.
Previous experience leading and developing a diverse team through a period of change in addition to strong knowledge of both SaaS and on-premise HR solutions is essential. What benefits do we offer?
