Role responsibilities
Track the performance of the students and address any areas of improvement
Ensure qualification units chosen meet the qualification specification
To provide appropriate guidance counselling and tutorial support
To teach health and Social Care at the levels required
To supervise environments conducive to learning within the College
To provide support and opportunities for students to achieve their maximum potential
The person & qualifications
Degree in Health and Social Care is preferable
Experience of working within the Health and Social Care sector
Excellent IT skills, including word processing, spreadsheets and databases is preferable
Ability to work under pressure, plan and prioritise own workload to meet tight deadlines.
Highly motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.
Commitment to self-improvement and open to constructive feedback
