We are currently looking to recruit an Oracle Functional Consultant (Taleo) to join our Oracle Support Team on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract.
In this role you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining and managing the Oracle Taleo System, resolving defects and updating the Oracle Taleo ERP system. You will work with Oracle Process Leads to develop business requirements and lead the delivery of new developments with colleagues across the Oracle Support Team and Kier IT.
Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include advising Process Leads on process improvements, assessing change proposals and advising best practice. You will identify and diagnose defects and work with interfacing systems and provide feedback on end user functionality.
What are we looking for?
You will have previous experience of Oracle Taleo Recruitment (TEE) and Taleo Learn and would have worked in large complex customer focused environments. Working across multi-function ERP and support teams will enable you to hit the ground running. We are also looking for someone who can demonstrate ability of adding value across functional areas and able to deliver results with ever changing objectives. You will manage upgrades to Taleo in conjunction with Oracle and business representatives to ensure completion of user acceptance testing within agreed timelines.

In return, we will be offering a competitive pro rata salary of c£75000, matched pension contributions of up to 7.5%, within our Head Office in Tempsford Hall, Bedfordshire!
