Office Manager

£25k-£35k (depending on experience)

Harlow, Essex, CM20

8am to 5pm

Our client is a maintenance and installation company we are seeking an Office Manager to assist in running the office. Applicants must have experience in a similar role and the ability to work alone. The ideal candidate would have excellent written and spoken English, great attention to detail. They will need to have an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft packages and administration skill you will need a confident and articulate manner and be a good team player.

Duties

Diary management for Managers/Directors

Experience within administration to be able to carry out administrative tasks - demonstrate a good understanding of admin

Be able to manage time and organise effectively: Keeping dates, Diary keeping, Record keeping, Prioritise tasks

Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word proficient - be able to use and create complex Excel spreadsheets

Manage applications/invoices received and credit control

Basic payroll QuickBooks

Managing staff uniform

HR Admin

Retain the ability to work independently effectively

Show good self-discipline and always work to the best of your ability

Dealing with staff/subcontractor

Profile

You will be polished, profession and with warm and approachable nature

Able to work in a demanding environment with high standards and tight deadlines

Excellent interpersonal skills and able to liaise with all levels

Ability to using initiative and plan ahead with a 'can do attitude and a team spirit

Strong IT skills

Excellent communication skills

A desire to learn and improve at all times

Adaptable and willing to try new tasks

5 GCSES grades A-C (English and Maths)

Good telephone manner

Accuracy and attention to detail

Flexibility and able to multi task
